About the Group
90 Minute Workshop.
Good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life. The foods we eat can influence our energy, mood, and long-term health. Making positive dietary choices helps prevent illness, manage everyday health concerns, and support overall well-being.
Our workshops explore the link between food, health and mental health, offering practical, evidence-based advice that participants can put into action. Sessions can be adapted to the needs of the group and include interactive activities, simple strategies, and helpful tips for nourishing the body and mind at every stage of life.
These workshops are designed for anyone interested in learning more about nutrition and how it can influence health and well-being. They are particularly valuable for those working with individuals in community, educational, or healthcare settings, as well as for anyone who simply wants to make informed choices about their own diet and lifestyle.
Workshop content encourages reflection on evidence-based information and recommendations, while considering the diverse needs of individuals. Sessions include practical guidance and dietary adaptations that support different circumstances, preferences, and personal goals.
